Our teachers

Five teachers, one quiet promise.

Every Stillwater teacher has at least 300 hours of training and teaches no more than ten classes a week — so they show up rested.

How we teach

Options, not orders.

Hands-on only by consent

Grab a green or red card at the start of class to tell your teacher whether you'd like adjustments.

Props for everyone

Blocks and bolsters aren't a crutch. Teachers use them too, every class.
